1900's Chinese/ Korean Norigae Kingfisher Feather Filigree Perfume Pomander Pendant with Tassel

Total length is 13.6 inches (34.5 cm) long. The perfumer is 0.74 inch (1.9 cm) tall by 2.4 inches (6 cm) wide. It is 41 gram.

A good and large wood hand carved wedding duck with neck, head, beak an feathers realistically, traditionally showed at wedding ceremonies, with old dark brown patina overall, its tail has flat cut and its bottom square carved for holding. Chogappo made of fragments of choma (ramie), one of bast fibers, which is recycled with fragments of choma, and it is dyed with vegetable indigo. Pojagi is the general name for the wrapping cloth and "chogappo" is one kind of pojagi which is patchworked with asa (choma or hemp) fragments. Hand-drawing on the abstractly layered paper, early 20th century or earlier, 39 x 79 cm (15.35 x 31.10in).

A Pair of Very Rare/Fine Korean Silla Horn-Handle Pottery Cups/Covers-4th-6th C.: Korea, old Silla dynasty, 4th 6th century. A very well potted with a black clay pottery cup and covers, with a horn-handle attached each cup, and original lid. A Fine Korean Goryeo (高麗) Celadon Glazed Ewer with an Original Lid-11th-13th C.: Korea, Goryeo (高麗), dynasty, 13th century. The ovoid form with tapered, cylindrical neck, spout and curved handle, covered by a green celadon glaze with some area covered with yellowish green celadon glaze, foot and base unearthed. It’s in very good condition with no any damages at all with an original lid, it measures 18cm h. x 20cm d.
