A Very Fine/Beautiful Korean Blue/White Painted Water Dropper-19th C.: Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century. The porcelain water dropper formed as a stylized star-shape and decorated with a orchid in center and characters around body and in under glaze blue beneath a warm white glaze. It is in very good condition, measures 3.4cm x 6,5cm d.

An early 20th cent. Chinese export silver bracelet made in filigree technique backing and embellished with enamelling and 7 cabochon of apple-green Chrysophrase gemstone. Stamped "Silver" on one side of the tab closure and EPF 952S(?) on the other side. Total length: 17,5 cm. (medium-large adult size). Condition: excellent.

Originally each of wide-mouthed Sue stoneware (Sueki) jar with a hall for installed bamboo spout used as pitcher called ‘Haso’. Excavated pieces as is, 5-8th century, Japan. One with neck: H 9 x 8 x 8.5 cm (3.54 x 3.14 x 3.34in), One without neck: H 6.2 x 8.5 x 9 cm (2.44 x 3.34 x 3.54in). One piece was attached with support at bottom for its stability in the later years.

A breathtaking tray decorated with early morning Lotus with misty clouds of gold on highly polished ro-iro black signed Kunisada featuring a solid silver rim enclosed in a silk lined box wrapped in blue cloth pouch stamped Ogaki Kunisada. Early morning dew beads like pearls in the basin of the dilapidated leaf in the fore, while the flower bulb, not ready yet to open, glistens gold in the late summer sunlight. The tray is 27.5 x 27.5 x 3cm (11 x 11 x 1-1/4 inches) and is in perfect condition....

Cotton cloth dyed with rare suji shibori and katazome, which is named Koyanagi Shibori (Small Willow Pattern). It is first katazome (stencil-resist dye) dyed and then finely pleated by machine and dyed with indigo. The technique is invented in 1949, and the pattern was very popular after a few years for a cotton kimono (yukata). In excellent condition. Mid 20th century. 34cm x 160cm

Fine & Rare Chinese Tang Dynasty Painted Pottery Dwarf with Oxford TL Test

This very rare and unusual pottery model of a dwarf was made during the Tang Dynasty (AD 618 - 906). It is made from a hard creamy-white pottery that has been attractively cold-painted in various coloured pigments. Note the fine detail to the face and clothing.

Height 12.5 cm. It is a lovely example in fine condition with minimal surface wear and much of the original coloured pigments remaining.

Rare Chinese Yuan Dynasty Black Pottery Granary Jar with Cover

This very rare black pottery granary jar, complete with its cover, was made during the Yuan Dynasty (AD 1279 - 1368). Yuan black pottery items such as this are relatively unknown and very little has been published about them. They are found in the northern provinces, particularly Gansu province in the north-west.
