An extremely rare Wucai/Fahua dish decorated at interior with 16 (sixteen) Children's in playing ground and with peacock blue ground tone. The exterior with 12 (twelve) Children's on red ground and the characters among the peacock blue ground with Ming dynasty Chenghua period. Unglazed mouth rim. Condition is perfect with no any chip, no any crack and free from any restoration. Diameter: 21,7 cm. Important research item for Ming Chenghua Imperial pieces.

It would be impossible to overstate either the beauty or the importance of this magnificent 2000 year-old jade carving. This exceptional jade carving retains a substantial portion of the iron sword that it once held. A near identical example is published in the catalog of artifacts recovered from the tomb of the King of Nanyue.
