This is a reticulated miniature bronze brush pot, likely from the Chinese Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). It is of cylindrical form, featuring reticulated (pierced) sides. The decoration depicts cranes amidst swirling mist and clouds. The rim features a meander-pattern (Greek key) band, and the foot has a border of waves and clouds. 4.25” x 2.75 ” 11 x 6.8 sm

Moon-White glaze is a type of Jun glaze or dianqing glaze, which is characteristic of the Jun ware. While the standard Jun glaze (dianqing glaze) is an autumn-sky blue, the moon-white glaze has a whiter tint. This glaze is a pale, milky blue (light blue), and its characteristic opalescence is achieved by using straw ash as a primary ingredient. This delicate color is often reminiscent of the celadon produced by the Northern Song Ru ware kilns...

The figure on the left with the long beard and flowing robes is likely Shouxing (also known as Shou Lao), the personification of longevity. The smaller figure beside him is likely an attendant. Fine Chinese Ming Dynasty Glazed & Painted Pottery Lady Figure

This attractive pottery model of a lady was made during the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644). It is made from a high-fired creamy-white pottery that has been coated in two different green glazes with details finished in cold-painted pigments. She wears a long-sleeved robe and is clutching to her chest what is most likely a mirror. Note also the detail of the hairstyle and facial features.
