A museum quality kazari-bako glass box with gold and silver by important modern artist Fujita Kyohei enclosed in a wooden box titled Te-buki Jikiro, Kojo no Hana (blown glass box, Flowers on the lake) signed by his son Jun. $1,700.00 An antique Korean Jang temple chest made of Odong Namu (Paulownia) and Chamnamu (Cryptomeria) woods. The front was designed with 24 framed square panels with upper and lower rows displaying horizontal grain panels and center rows displayed in a vertical grain. Two hinged doors open to a spacious storage area where temple garments and textiles were stored. Interior has its original paper lining.

Sold Pair of Niō guardian figures in forbidding pose. Vigorously sculpted wood with remnants of distressed polychrome pigments. Later Edo period - probably first half of the 19th century. The sculptures are in fair, presentable condition though polychrome pigments are distressed and loose.
