Chinese late Tang dynasty to Five Dynasties period stoneware ewer with high shoulder tapering down to a slightly flared foot and flat base, the short neck ending in a slightly wider rolled mouth. A double-strand handle connects to the neck and shoulder, and a short straight spout is opposite the handle.
