A wonderful Chinese pottery figure of a houseworker, probably a Gardener, dating to the Ming Dynasty 1368-1644 AD.

An younger man, clad in blue robe and red hat. He is placed on a plint and is holding a bucket in his hand.

Rare Vietnamese 14th Century Celadon Glazed Incised Stoneware Bowl

This rare stoneware bowl was made during the 14th century. The inner surface is decorated with incised lines forming six panels, with six decorative notches at the rim edge matching these lines. The attractive pale yellowish-green glaze is finely-crackled. To the glaze on the inner surface are "spur marks" left by kiln spacers.

This rare and interesting shallow bowl / dish was made during the 14th century. It has a raised "lotus-petal" rim and is coated in an apple-green glaze, save for a broad unglazed stacking ring around its centre. The glaze is somewhat uneven, with runs in places, its colour varying according to its thickness. The glaze is lightly crackled.
