The chargers' decoration has been done in a manner that should appeal to Chinese style and taste. QUAIL ON WHEELS

Lovely and scarce large size old 'Uzura Guruma' (lit. 'Quail on wheels') as a Japanese folk children’s toy made of angelica tree from Miyazaki area, Showa period, early-mid 20th century. approx. 22 x 11 x H 16cm (8.66 x 4.33 x 6.29in). Its original bamboo axle is slightly bent and almost broken as is due to aging, so that a new axle is also attached as seen in the last photo. Natural big crack at belly as is.
