Collection of 6 miniature Noh theater masks. Boiled cardboard covered with gesso, painted in natural colors, with the reverse side lacquered black. The hair is real, possibly horsehair. The eyes are glass, painted on the reverse. Each mask has a unique and very expressive face. Dimensions: 55mm to 95mm. An old collector's label is inside.

A boxwood okimono depicting a mouse holding a millet ear between its paws, while the young rests on its back, signed Ikko. The eyes are inlaid in horn, and the carving is finely executed, with particular attention to the details of the ear of millet and the anatomical rendering of the animal, characterized by a precise incision of the fur. An antique Japanese bronze turtle sculpture, okimono, from the Meiji period (1868–1912). The sculpture has exquisite naturalistic details in the shell, skin texturing, eye and feet. Eyes are inlayed with gold. The piece is presented on a separate piece of dark, aged wood, which is a display base. The base of the turtle bears a chiseled artist's signature, or kakihan, that maybe translates to "Meishin" (美心). Turtle 3.5 ” x 2” (9 x 5 sm).
