Japanese hand Hammered Copper Tetsubin, Tea Kettle, Tea Pot, signed, 1930's, 11" high include handle up, 9" wide include spout, with etched design of Butterfly and Lotus flower inside the fan shape Cartouche, spout has closed hinged top to keep hot tea or hot water warm for longer period of time. Handle can be placed down and up, slight dents shows on the both sides.

Antique Japanese bronze usubata (container for ikebana flower arranging). Charming bronze frog with bumpy skin except for his belly and under chin which are smooth. Out of his mouth comes the stem of the water container portion of the usubata. Inside the inverted conical container is a rounded form with ridges for holding flowers and branches in place...

Antique Japanese tetsubin (kettle for heating water for tea) made of cast iron and decorated with a dragon in swirling clouds. The highly raised design depicts a dragon curling itself around the body of the pot. The clouds over hang in a ledge above the base. There is a large raised cartouche on the back underneath this ridge. The lid is made of bronze.
