Rare Ming dynasty 15th century Chenghua - Hongzhi blue and white large plate with hisbiscus flower scroll motif, good condition no damage no chip crack or restoration slightly wrap very good bright blue color motif please see picture for detail, size: 35 cm diameter.

A nice eight lobed shape bowl decorated with two kind crackle glazed, these are large with blackish crackled and slight small fine brownish crackled clay to whole body. Condition is excellent or pristine is very good, with no any crack, no any chip and free from any restoration. Yuan/Ming Dynasty Ge ware, found at East Java Indonesia. Diameter:16 cm

Chinese hand-carved agate brush washer, carved from a single piece of agate or carnelian. The piece features an organic, natural shape with detailed carvings of a dragon and gourd along the rim. Good condition, not losses or cracks, minor wear. 5.25” x 2.75" x 5". 12.6 x 7 x 3.3 sm

Watercolor on silk depicting an interesting historical event. It portrays a battle between the French colonial army, composed of Foreign Legionnaires, Marines, and African and Annamite auxiliary troops, and an army of Tonkinese and Chinese troops known as the "Black Flags." The battle takes place in front of a fortified city, likely Tuyen Kuang (1884-85), where French troops were besieged for months. The painting shows the arrival of reinforcements to break the siege...

Two Qing dynasty spinach green jade archer's thumb rings with later mountings in gilt repousse silver. One with lid for use as a salt shaker, the other one with spoon. The bottoms marked "Made in China" and "Silver", the spoon unmarked. Condition: few traces of usage, one with few tiny nicks (please see last photo at 10 o'clock). Dimension: diameter: c. 5.2 cm, total height: c. 3.9 and 5.3 cm.

Pair of lovely light turquoise pastel blue Qingbai glazed jars with lotus leaf shaped lids circa 1200 CE, which would put them on the cusp of Southern Song/Yuan Dynasties. The lids have been heavily restored- so please see enlargements but the jars are in good condition with no damage. H: 16.5cm/6.5in and D: 12cm/4.8in.

Good late Song/early Yuan, Qingbai bowl from a Jingdezhen kiln. This has a porcelain quality body with a clear bell like ring when tapped. The “spinning lines” that spiral up to the rim, are quite unusual and actually give it some grip when holding the bowl in both hands- ideal for using it as a “chawan” in a Japanese tea drinking ceremony...

Classic long sleeved silk brocade cheongsam aka qipao. This is all hand tailored and hand sewn, definitely not off the rack. Stunningly beautiful floral pattern (lotus, chrysanthemum, and pomegranate blossoms) with foliate scrolls, this pattern can be traced back to Ming Dynasty blue and white porcelain. The zipper has come off the track other than that perfect condition. See enlargements for dimensions.

Watercolor on paper depicting two ladies strolling, likely a court lady followed by her servant carrying a vase of plum blossoms. Perhaps an allegory for spring? The refined style suggests a very early period, Song dynasty or earlier, but only a specialist could specify a date. The painting, badly damaged with numerous missing sections, was restored in China with the utmost care...
