It is made from a pale orange-brown pottery, the upper body with a smooth burnished surface, has a wide body, short cylindrical neck and two loop handles joined at the shoulder and mouth... Height approximately 12 cm. There is a soft chip at the rim. In good condition.

GBP £650 Fine Chinese Song Dynasty Qingbai Glazed Porcelain Bowl
This fine porcelain bowl was made during the Song Dynasty (AD 960 - 1279), most likely around the 11th to 12th centuries. It is coated in a pale blue glossy translucent qingbai glaze of good colour, save for the base that remains unglazed. The inner surface is decorated with a design of combed swirls although this is partly obscured by the crackle of the glaze... Diameter approximately 13 cm. Height approximately 6.5 cm. There some chips at the base. More pictures are available. In good condition.
