$2,000.00 Antique Japanese framed woodblock print of the Sumida River, with waterfowl and boats, in a circular panel over a red background with clouds and overhead text. This print is of the Surimono subgenre, meaning they were produced in very small numbers for private circles and thus are much rarer to come across. Professionally framed. Signature of artist Hayashi Tei, 19th century Edo Period (1615-1912).

SOLD Antique Japanese Ningyo doll of a beautiful Geisha, fretting over a strand of beads. She wears an elaborate blue silk kimono with cherry blossoms, and patterns of trickling water in wonderful gold thread, paired with a bright orange obi with gold thread chrysanthemums. Her face is delicately hand-painted. Meiji age (1868-1912)

Stunning cherry blossom crest lock plates and mock (melon style) handles. The top right section has a smaller drawer and locking door with two small drawers hidden away inside.

SOLD New Arrival Antique Japanese sumidagawa ware vase with an incredibly realistic three-dimensional dragon coiled all around the body of the vase. The vase itself is very textured in body with a vertically ribbed form as well as tight ridges horizontally. The upper body and neck are glazed in thick oil spill colors. Sold, thank you! Otafuku, the embodiment of feminine warmth, smiles softly as she draws her robes up, a large pottery figure by Teishitsu Gigei-In Suwa Sozan I. An identical image with overglaze enamel decorations is visible in the 1929 posthumous exhibition catalog (Copies included). It is over 15 inches (39 cm) tall. There is a chip in the base near the left foot (see pictures)...
