Decorated on both sides with saints or immortals in enamel colors. H.7 cm. Condition: a 5 mm almost invisible (glaze) crack right above the handle of the censer that one of the saints is resting on. Expected age wear.

A very attractive Chinese stoneware jar with a wide ribbed body. Hand crafted with a dark celadon glaze, the inside which is brown is also glazed, can hold liquids, and can be used as a vase. In excellent original condition, no cracks, no hairlines. Circa 20th Century, it measures 8” high x 8.5” diameter, mouth measures 5" across.

A lovely Chinese hat stand featuring a pair of birds and painted in the Qianjiang style using soft pastel enamels. Qianjiang enamel paintings are getting harder to find and this one is in excellent original condition, no chips, no hairlines, no cracks. It measures 11 inches high x 4.75" diameter.

Chinese Flambe Glazed porcelain Vessel, from late 19th/ early 20th century period, height of this item is 12 1/2 inches, in very good condition.

Chinese hand scroll portraying a hunting scene attributed to, Jin Tingbiao (~1767). Four hunters with four horses are gathered in this scene either preparing a hunting party or finishing one. Views of hunting, known as shoulie wenwutu were first seen from the Yuan dynasty and succeeding dynasties continued to paint various renditions. Comes in a beautifully carved box. An interesting kesi (or kossu) panel portraying a scene where children are engaged in wrestling while two courtly women watch the children. A pavilion is set in the background along with scrolling clouds. Age: Republic Period Size: height 38.5" width 10.5"

An interesting Chinese kesi fabric depicting a scene in a courtyard with taihu style rocks set within the garden of women and children suspiciously looking at something or someone. Slight gold embroidery can be seen on the clothing of one lady and the border near the ground. Age: Republic Period Size: height 38.5" width 10.5"

An interesting Chinese kesi fabric depicting children wrestling near a watermelon like object and women engaged in Tai Chi-like activity. A pagoda like building can be seen behind the figures engaged in the activities. Age: Republic Period. Size: height 38.5" width 10.5"

Peking glass vase, the baluster form carved with figures at leisure amidst pine trees, bamboo and clouds, the neck decorated with foliate design in relief, mark on base, late 19th or early 20th century period. Size; Height of vase is 9 1/4 inches with diameter of 5 inches. Condition Report; This item is in great condition, with no imperfections.

A small thinly potted wine or tea cup delicately painted in shades of underglaze blue with traditional Chinese landscape scenes. The cup is bound with a metal (copper) rim, apparently made to cover a burst glaze bubble. On the base is a four character shop mark which reads "Shun Li Kun Ji". The makers mark was in use during the late Qing / early Republic period so we assume that this item was made during the late 19th or early 20th Century. Condition - very good - no damages and no restoration...

A large and heavy porcelain vase with thick Sang-de-boeuf ('Ox-blood') glaze. On the base is incised the six character reign mark of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). We have been unable to decide whether this item was made during his reign (in the late Qing dynasty) or later during the Republic period (1912-1949. Condition: excellent - no damages and no restoration...

A finely moulded biscuit glazed Wang Binrong style porcelain vase decorated with the eight buddhist emblems and two Qianlong style dragons. The base has a moulded CHINA mark indicating that this item was made post 1891 for export during either the late Guangxu or early Republic period (circa 1895-1920).
