This is an antique Japanese made of thick paper-twisted coyori and hemp noragi from the Taisho period. It was made in the Shonai region. The warp threads are alternately woven with hemp and paper-twisted cord, and the warp threads are hemp. It is unused and in good condition.There is one very light stain. There are no damages. Delightful Qing Dynasty café au lait glazed water dropper in the shape of a fish in a basket, it is quite heavy for its size and the brown glaze has a strong metallic patina possibly emulating bronze. Most likely from a Southern Kiln, in perfect condtion! D: 5.7cm/2.2in and H: 7.2cm/2.8in.
