Korean antique bandaji (blanket storage chest). Made of so namu (pine wood) with original deep brown finish. Heavy iron hardware including handles with back plates in the form of bats for good luck. The trunk opens to a compartment lined with printed paper and with two small drawers.

A pair of Japanese bronze vases with a cylindrical shape and dark brown patina, depicting a pair of egrets near a stream, with their feet immersed in the water and surrounded by two flowering iris plants.
