An antique Japanese bronze turtle sculpture, okimono, from the Meiji period (1868–1912). The sculpture has exquisite naturalistic details in the shell, skin texturing, eye and feet. Eyes are inlayed with gold. The piece is presented on a separate piece of dark, aged wood, which is a display base. The base of the turtle bears a chiseled artist's signature, or kakihan, that maybe translates to "Meishin" (美心). Turtle 3.5 ” x 2” (9 x 5 sm).

The censer has a compressed globular or rounded body, supported by three short feet, with two handles, a style rooted in ancient Chinese ritual vessels. The body is covered with dark patina and decorated with intricate silver inlays of two shishi dogs or lions on both sides amid mountainous landscape and clouds. Signed at the bottom. 4.5 ” x 4.5” (11.5 x 11.5 sm).

This is a Chinese reverse-painted glass snuff bottle. The bottle is made of clear glass, with intricate artwork painted on the inside surface using a specialized technique. Stopper appears to be made of natural stone. The interior features detailed Chinese village or river scenes, creating a vivid, three-dimensional effect. 4.74 ” x 2.75” (12 x 7 sm).

The vase features a slender baluster shape and a pale lime green ground. It is decorated with trailing purple and blue wisteria flowers and green leaves, a popular motif in Japanese art. Great condition without dents and cracks. 9.5 ” x 4.5” (23.5 x 12 sm).

This fine-quality porcelain dish with attractive floral pattern in underglaze blue, red enamel and gilding, was made during the Kangxi reign (1662 - 1722) of the Qing Dynasty. Around the rim edge is an iron-brown wash to help prevent fritting of the glaze during firing.
