These late Nabeshima small dishes are decorated with daikon radish and leaves in an all-over relief pattern. The thick celadon glaze brings out the daikon pattern well and gives it a unique atmosphere. The daikon radish pattern can also be found in blue & white and polychrome pcs but it is most often seen on celadon ware.
