A delicately cast fire-gilt bronze image of the Four-armed Avalokitesvara (Tibetan: Chenrezig; Chinese: Sibi Guanyin), the Bodhisattva who embody the Universal Compassion, seated in Dyana-asana on a lotus flower. Original sealed bottom. Tibet, 17th cent. H 11 cm. Condition: very good gilding with natural patina due to handling.

An antique Tibetan religious storage cabinet used for food preparation with lift-off cover. Hand painted front panel depicting a scene featuring a seated Buddha with worshippers, a temple, elephants, a deer, a monkey, ducks, horse, a rabbit, and a wise man surrounded by attendants. The panel is framed with an arabesque design.

An antique Tibetan storage trunk with hard mounts and a hand painted dragon that appears to be dancing holding sacred jewels in each claw. A magnified textile pattern surrounds the dragon design. Hinged cover opens to a spacious storage area. Natural wear and marks on the cover over its long history of use.

A powerful image of Padmasambhava also known as Guru Rimpoche, the reputed founder of Tibetan Buddhism. Carved mostly of a single piece of precious dark purple sandalwood (zitan). Remains of colours and gold. Tibet, 17–18th cent. H 15 cm. Condition: Very good but of course with wear due to age. The trident (khatvanga) is missing.

17th Century Tibetan Thangka of Avalokitesvara with original silk mount and silk cover from a renowned and published collection. Mount: 46 x 28 inches (117 x 71 cm), Painting: 28 x 20 inches (71 x 51 cm).

Antique statue of Hindu deity, her hands joined in front,of her belly, standing on a rounded base. Wood with fine age patina. India, 18th century, maybe earlier. Height: 24.2 cm. Abrasion due to great age, otherwise good condition.

A finely carved wooden image of Vajradakini holding kapala in the raised left hand and chopper in the lowered right hand. She is naked except for her ornaments and skull garland. Mostly carved from a single piece of wood, a part a piece of the garland. Remains of original painting. Size: H. 14,3 cm. Tibet, 18th cent. Condition: Very good, only minor brake to left side of the skull garland.

A very fine and extremely rare, stone-carved image of Vajrapani (Acala) in sexual union (yab-yum) with his consort. The deity has curling snakes around his ankles. Remains of colors.The brownish stone, probably a type of soapstone, has been partly polished. Tibet, 17–18th cent. H 13.2 cm. Condition: Very good all-over with a few minor chips. No re-stuck parts or repairs.

Antique original Tibetan traveling inscribed metal brush case. Inscribed by hand of floral garden landscape mixed with scholar like objects. Original patina consistent with age. Two loops, one on the lid and the other od the long cylindrical side, provide a place to secure and tie in place. The top and bottom are flare out and brought to a point.
