The front of the pendant is decorated with 3 figures in a garden, one holding a fan and one holding a parasol. The text on the back of these pendants is usually about protection and good fortune for the wearer. Dimensions: 7 x 5,5 cm, length of the chain 53 cm. Weight 68 gr. There are holes on 3 sides of the pendant. There is a hallmark on the top side. Provenance: Dutch private collection. The acid test shows a silver content of ca. 90 %.

Antique Chinese pair of porcelain hat stands, glazed with a light orange ground, enamel motifs of various flowers including peony, chrysanthemum, birds, insects, gourd bottles, and other auspicious objects. Large pair of Chinese wooden gate doors with hand-forged iron plates and hardware. The pair of doors are opened by iron fu dog heads with large ring pulls in their mouths. The top and bottom iron plates on the front of each door have foliate edges in lingzhi mushroom motifs, with iron studs and horizontal iron bands. The doors have wooden pegs to be inserted into a door frame.

A lidded brass box, made around 1900, Chinese. Small brass medallions with auspicious flowers and birds have been soldered on to the box, and to the front are two enamel and copper medallions with cranes. One medallion is of the shou symbol surrounded by bats. The wooden lining suggests that the box was used for cigars. The back with stamped mark CHINA. Nice format, width "5 ¼ / 13.3 cm, height "2 / 5 cm. Condition: fine.

A large ovoid Chinese Martavan (aka Martaban) jar from the 16th/17th century. (Martavan jars were produced in China's southern region and shipped, via the port of Martabanin present day Myanmar, to various neighboring countries as storage containers for various commodities...these storage vessels became prized possessions by the local peoples.) The jar has a lovely honey brown colored glaze with bold dragon relief motif and loop handles around the shoulder...
