Antique Chinese figure of a standing bodhisattva, most likely Avalokiteshvara since he holds a gold lotus in one hand and a gold water jar in the other. Standing on a double lotus base and on a carved hardwood stand. Flowing drapery and high chignon with gold detail. Made of silver repoussé. Provenance Estate of WM Bogdanowicz, Wisconsin.

Incense burner in the shape of three eggplants growing from one stem. The eggplants are separated by three leaves. The cover is in the shape of three crowns coming out of the joint stem. Each eggplant engraved with a plant. Standing on three feet.

Amulet representing a Taoist deity, standing on a small base, wearing robes, with its right leg lifted, holding what seems to be a gourd in its left hand. A loop on its top allowed its attachement to a necklace. Bronze with fine reddish green patina. China, Tang dynasty. Height: 41 mm. Very good condition.

A square opium tray with vertical rim and recessed corners, made of baitong ("white copper", an alloy from different metals). The interior nicely incised with three ladies standing before a house with a moon window. Condition: some traces of usage, the corners with solder residue,some spots. The base: not completely even and with some spots. Dimension: c. 25.3 cm x 25.3 cm, c. 1.5 cm high, weight: 950g.

Rare Ming circular bronze seal with raised handle. Stylized characters encircling edge. Dark patination, remnants of red paste.
