Conservatoire Sakura
$1,400.00 The very fine porcelain is covered with famille verte enamels. Decorated with palace scenes in storerooms. Beautiful workmanship. Silver mount. Protective box lined with silk and a very supple, fine leather, probably kid? This vase is certainly antique, 1900 or earlier. It does not appear to be a Chinese creation, nor Japanese either. It could be European, but the designs appear to have been traced by an Asian artist.
Good condition. Mounts glued to plaster.
Vase only: H 28cm
Box: 34x18x17cm

The photo must depict the presidential couple during their first term, around 1912. Sun Yat Sen would have been aroun...
