One Finely formed and decorated Japanese blue and white porcelain dish. The deep, foliate rim fired to chocolate brown along the edge is suggestive of kakiemon influence. Decoration of figure seated in royal ease pose, perhaps Kannon, in rich foliate garden setting centered by repetitive characters (perhaps suggestive of sutra or chants) inside the deep rim. A framed oil on canvas painting, showing a young boy in a Balinese landscape. The painting is signed Ch. A. Egli and titled on the back "Balinesischer Knabe". Charles A. Egli was a Swiss artist taught by Ferdinand Hodler. After traveling from 1918 until 1925 through China and Japan, he visited Java and Bali. Japanese black lacquered on woven Bamboo Trunk, with red lacquered wooden frame on the bottom, Ca. 1920's, 14 1/2" high, 27 1/4" x 15 1/4" wide, two(2) black iron lock compartment on the side and large handles in front and back and corners are wrapped around with black iron. Wooden stretchers on the bottom to support for strength, blue rice paper lining inside the top and the bottom. Some black lacquer loses on the surface and corners are worn.

A wooden carved Tibetan mask. The art of Tibetan masks can be classified into religious type and folk type. Exorcising masks were initially held to drive away ghosts and evil spirits. Later were used in local operas. Size: 27cm X 13cm.

This haori is made with a fabric of lush silk with subtle weave pattern design. In contrast, the silk lining has a bold floral design. This is one garment that can easily be worn with the "correct side" outside or inside out....

Japanese Kutani Porcelain Plate, Ca. 1930, 8 1/2" diameter, with orange red overglaze design of pair of birds in the lake and highlighted in brilliant gold decoration, red mark on the bottom. The condition is good, some gilt decorations are worn on some areas, no damages.

Chinese carved Wood Rice Cake Mold, Ca. 1930's, 9 1/2" long, 4 3/4" wide, 1" thick, with deep carved Chinese Peach and "Long Life" in Chinese Character in the center, very decorative and well carved out of raw piece of wood and hand saw mark in the back outside. The condition shows wear and tear.
