A lovely Kangxi period blue and white four-sided bottle vase, decorated with panels of classical Chinese beauties in various poses of refinement. The interesting square bottle form is derived from German and Dutch glassware from the 16th - 17th century, and were originally designed to hold alcohol.

A nice Qianlong mark and period non-imperial 'minyao' bowl, potted sturdily with a bubbly light-greenish clear glaze and underglaze decorations in a deep true cobalt blue. The kind of floral scroll work seen on this bowl became very popular with domestic Chinese consumers during the mid-18th century.

Elegant and sophisticated Shino Chawan, wonderful dialogue of brown and cream Shino crackle glaze, made during the early to the mid Edo period.

It is decorated outside with the Imperial Seal of Japan, the Chrysanthemum Seal and inside with two stars. This design I have never seen on other tea bowls before.

No cracks or repairs, just aesthetic inborn kiln cracks. Gorgeous and rare.

Take a look on this rounded wan-shaped bowl. The light, sandy clay with enclosures is expertly thrown. Including the foot ring the bowl is covered with a mixed feldspar and ash glaze.

Small statue of Buddha Sakyamuni, sitting cross-legged on an elevated throne, his hands in "bhumisparsa mudra", backed by a seven-headed stylized Naga sacred snake. Bronze with traces of the original gilding. Partially encrusted patina of green and reddish color. Burma, 18th century or earlier. Height: 10,5 cm. Good condition.

This is a beautiful and rare original antique Japanese Polychrome Woodblock Print "Itsutomi" Ukiyo-e by Utagawa Toyokumi dated 1793 or 1795, Edo Period, depicting a beautifully dressed and elegant Lady with her Shamisen instrument on the floor. Calligraphy markings/seal. Overall in very good condition with very small inconsequential tear on the outside (right frame, see photo). Size: 15.5" x 10.25" (39.5 cm. x 26.5 cm). This Woodblock has now been framed under glass.

A very rare gilt figure of Buddha with hands in the earth-touching gesture. The facial features are characteristic of Burmese Buddhas of the time with very large ears and nose.

Japanese Carved Volcanic Gray Stone Jizo, Bodhisattva Buddha is holding Lotus Bud, Edo period, before 1800, 22" high, 11" wide maximum, 9" deep. Old lichen is growing in some areas, and in good condition.
