Beautiful Chinese antique display shelf made of Solid Jichi-mu wood (very heavy). The chest has three large display shelves, and two small drawers just under the top display area. The drawers are carved with scrolling mist and chimera and outfitted with brass pulls. Very nicely detailed. Each display area is enclosed on three sides with a low carved lattice work. Antique Chinese Jun ware bowl. Made of earthenware and glazed a light blue color with a purple splash that is dripping toward the center. The rim is a brown color where the glaze is thinest and the foot is left unglazed as was the tradition with Jun ware. The blue and purple colors are made with straw ash in the glaze. Looking closely, a subtle crackle, pitting and rivulets of mixing colors can be seen...

Antique Chinese figure of Quan Yin. Revered as the goddess of mercy and compassion she stands holding a strand of prayer beads in her hands. Her sweeping robes are decorated with scrolling details and her hair is arranged on top of her head. Also considered the goddess of beauty, her name in Sanskrit is Padma-pani (Born of the Lotus). Antique Chinese large cast iron temple bell with scalloped bottom edge. Four square reserves with raised writing, roundels and rolling wave or mist design in band around the bottom of the bell. One of the square reserves reads, 乾隆四十七年　吉日造 "Made on an auspicious day in the 47th year of Qianlong"

Antique Chinese large cloisonne censer. Standing on 3 legs, the round body of the censor has two large wing like handles, a tall neck, and is topped with a domed lid. 4 pierced characters around the lid allow for incense smoke and a seated fu-dog acts as a finial and lid handle. Everything but the fu-dog finial and parts of the side handles is covered with cloisonné enamel. The most dramatic portion of the design is the large fu-dogs amidst exuberant peony blossoms...

Chinese antique large lobed bowl, made of heavy copper and enameled with raised repouse design of flowers and scrolling vines on the outside and with lovely yellow enamel on the inside. The enamel work on the flowers is delicately done with lovely colors on a yellow ground to match the inside of the dish.
