Antique Chinese beautifully carved large bench, back rest and arm rests are carved with scenes of fu-dogs and pups, panel across the bottom is carved with scene of deer and cranes, made mostly entirely of huanghuali wood with another dark hardwood, 19th century. Antique Chinese jade lidded box in rectangular form on four cylinder legs. Carved with highly raised relief designs of archaic motifs featuring lion heads, key frets and scrolling chimera. Loose carved ring handles on the sides and large fu-lion finial on the lid. Beautiful coloring ranging from white to green. On carved hardwood base.

Antique Chinese brush pot. Carved of beautiful, heavy and dense huanghuali wood. Dark color wood with dark patina and lighter honey brown striations. Thick sides, carved with slight outward flare, wider at the mouth. Foot and rim are carved with subtle, fine cusp. With plug in bottom. A prized object for any scholar's table.

Antique Chinese giant Coromandel Screen, 12 panels, intricately carved black lacquer depicting scenes of scholars and ladies, soldiers, noblemen and mythical beasts, painted and gilded details everywhere, reverse is carved with scholar objects and flower arrangements, Qing Dynasty 18th/19th century. Provenance: from the collection of Chris Jensen, Atherton, California. Size: 108" (9ft) high x 231.5" long (flat) (206" long standing).

Antique Chinese bitong (brush pot) carved of huanghuali wood with mythical chilong creatures. Undulating edges around the rim seem to unfurl. The lower portion is carved with a cusped edge and three low feet. Beautiful grain.

Antique Chinese carved jadeite snuff bottle. The stone is speckled with variations of green including small striations of a brilliant apple-green color. The flattened globular formed body is carved with peony flowers on one side and lotus blossoms and birds on the other.

Very fine Chinese antique belt hook carved in the shape of a knot with a butterfly on either end, made of beautiful mottled jade ranging from white to grey to bright blue/green, a silver fitting on the back was added later to convert this clothing hook to a pin or broach.
