Chinese pair of moon viewing chairs, made of huang-huali hardwood with dramatic grain. Carved in faux bamboo. Each chair handcrafted for a comfortable reclining position and matched with a slide out foot rest. The joints show sign of shrinkage and patina of its age and condition.

Antique Chinese pair of small bowls, beautifully carved out of green jade, very simple with only a tiny band of decoration in a key fret motif around the outer rim, intricate carved cartouche on bottom, very thin so light shines through, possibly 19th century. Size of each: 1 3/4" high x 4 3/4" wide diameter

Chinese pair of carved jichimu wood stools. The curved legs are carved with cusped edges and narrow to lingzhi mushroom shaped feet. The seats are inset with white dali marble.

Antique Chinese pair of lions, made all of gilt copper repouse and cloisonne, the female lion rests her paw on her young lion who is laying on it's back, the male lion has his paw resting on a ball with elaborately draped ribbons symbolizing the world, each lion has a bell hanging from around it's neck, the cloisonne work is extremely ornate with detailed patterns, birds and flowers, beautiful and dramatic, 19th century. Size of each: 20 1/2" high x 13" wide x 18" deep.

Antique Chinese pair of large joss stick incense holders. Made of porcelain in bell form. Decorated with painted designs of dragons, lingzhi and scrolling vines in red-orange overglaze standing out against a dramatic black ground. Each joss holder has four large dragon medallions, two on the top portion and two on the bottom. Around them is painted a variety of scrolling foliage...

Antique pair of Chinese porcelain bowls, beautifully painted with three bats in yellow, red and blue, in the center of each bowl is a red longevity symbol, around the inside rim of each bowl is three more red longevity symbols and branches with peaches, the outside of each bowl is decorated with flowers, each is signed in red on the bottom with a six character mark early 19th century. Size of each: 5 5/8" wide diameter.

Antique Chinese pair of porcelain cups finely painted with detailed scenes of rural landscapes. A fishing village and people near the water's edge with birds flying overhead. Antique Chinese pair of porcelain bowls, glazed white and with detailed overpainting in orange and gold of dragons and flaming pearl. Each bowl has two five-clawed dragons on either side of the pearl. Eyes are green and black and every scale is finely outlined in gold. Daoguang (1821-1850) mark on the bottom.

Antique Chinese pair of tall, square stands. Made of jumu (elm) wood with natural finish and strong grain. Each stand has a drawer that is hidden when closed. The bottom portion has an open lattice shelf with a cracked ice pattern.
