Chinese late Qing to early Republic period lady’s robe embroidered in polychrome silk and gold couched thread on a black silk ground. Eight gilt dragon and phoenix bird roundels are on the front, back, and shoulders. $450.00 A finely carved Chinese boxwood statue of the Tang poet Li Bai. Dressed in official attire with a scroll in his right hand, Li Bai appears to be deep in thought as he strokes his beard. Attached to a wooden base, it measures 9.5 inches high as pictured. Base measures 3.5” square. Condition is excellent. Dates circa 1900.

$2,750.00 Antique Chinese low rectangular table made of carved lacquer in the tixi technique and decorated with guri "sword-pommel pattern". The lacquer is applied in multiple thin coats of alternating black and red then carved down to reveal the layers. The underside of the table is carved with a four character mark.
