Date: 1933. This is a lifetime edition published between 1946 and 1957.
Publisher: Watanabe Shozaburo. Bears the red 6mm seal.
Condition: Very good. The tonal difference at the lower right corner appears to be an impression flaw, rather than a matte line.
A rarely seen Hasui image.

Rare "Buddha Asuka (B)" woodblock print by Kiyoshi Saito, 1955, number 40 of only 50 printed, signed in white ink and sealed in red ink both on the image area. Signed and sealed printed label "self-carved self printed" also included (attached to paper backing removed to inspect condition.)

Modern Hagi Chawan By Miwa Kyusetsu X (Kyuwa) (1885-1981)

The rough white Hagi clay with fairly big enclosures is expertly thrown into half cylinder shape (hanzutsu); The light feldspatic hagi glaze turning to yellow beige; inside the foot ring stamped Kyusetsu.
