sold thank you This is an upper child kimono of the Shonai district (Yamagata). It features blue dyeing and beautiful Tutugaki
The Yuzen process of the freehand drawing is beautiful, this is thick cotton spun by hand. And crane and tortoises of the freehand drawing run well too. Lining is cotton dyed with rouge made specially in Yamagata.
There are four stains of approximately 1cm (figure 1). There are two places extremely thin stain (figure 2).
And there is one place of old rectification (figure 3)...

This has two places of small holes and thin stain
This Nosime features deep indigo dyeing with clean luster and Kasuri of transparent blue.
In this way, Nosime of the indigo dyeing of Sijira with the luster is rare.
This was made in Kyoto and was used in Akita.

It is handspan, handwoven and it is dyed with an indigo plant of nature. It has several places of repair traces. There is not the stain.
It is all original in the Edo era.

The dye of the silk thread is bright blue. However, you can feel that you leave it a little in green. It is Noragi thick beautifully made in the Showa era from the Taisho era.

sold thank you This is chirimen-silk yuzen-dye and Embroidery yogi kimono in Edo period(1800-1867)Very rare.This yuzen-dye yogi kimono is a museum class.It all is expressed with embroidery and yuzen-dye. It is wonderful beautiful kimono. It does not have a stain. There is a small hole in several places. There is the part which a thread of the embroidery came off. However, it is excellent condition.

sold thank you It is considered that the sacredness which symbolizes the crop of a rich grape tree is a tree.The tree of the grape has a feeling of a lively motion very much. This is a "yogi", a kind of futon in the shape of kimono made of hand-spun cotton of Edo era (1800-1867).
It is stuffed with cotton and has hand-spun cotton lining dyed with vegetable color. It is damage few very good condition.The motif of the tree of this grape is very rare and precious tsutsugaki textile...

The two old couples represent the wish for a couple to be together till the end. The rake represents raking in fortune and the broom for sweeping away misfortune and bad energy. A crane above and an ancient turtle below, both also symbolic of longevity. The banner is painted in mineral pigments on cotton.

It spins by the hand and shibori dye is done by the hand. Very, it is wonderful, beautiful shibori dye. There is neither stain nor damage.It has five small traces of the repair on the back side. However, it is good condition.The change of the color by fading is very beautiful, and it is charming. It recommends it for your collection...
