It is 6 inches (15.2 cm) tall by 4.25 inches (10.9 cm) wide. It weighs 2.6 lb.

It is tarnished and has minor rubbing of gold, oxidation, flea bite chips at the lip, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

Japanese 19th C leather pouch imprinted with fine floral pattern and some gold lacquer. The clasp depicts an eagle made of gold with some shakudo. The inside of the clasp also gold is signed.
