Chinese cabinet from the Shandong province made from jumu wood (elm). The two front swinging doors open with brass pulls on long, brass panels. The shelved interior is very roomy. Showing different scenes of a procession with musicians, court officials and ladies etc. Each is lightly mounted on paper and bordered with a blue silk ribbon. Chinese Qing dynasty Qianlong period geyao type shallow bowl covered overall with a fine crackle glaze on a creamy white ground. The high foot rim is glazed on the exterior. The recessed base is glazed and the glaze extends part way up the inner side of the inward slanting foot where it ends with an orange burn line.
