A very rare round, domed ceramic chop ink container with paintings of "a hundred boys." The background is off-white with the paintings of the rotund little boys at play in cobalt blue. The surface is heavily crazed. Kangxi seal mark.

Complete footed cast bronze Hu (wine container), terminating curved and bulbous contour flaring on square mouth. Banded edge and lidded square cover. Has a slight apex top with four serpentine shaped mounted on a terminal bends. The ring handles of the hu measures 2 1/2" diameter with loped and mounted on a taotie mask which is molded in low relief...

Chinese Qing dynasty Qianlong period bottle vase (tianqiuping) with globular body and tall cylindrical neck covered in a rich translucent sang-de-boeuf (oxblood) glaze with a faint orange peel texture. The glaze is thinner at the neck, revealing white at the mouth rim and a crackled underglaze...

Chinese bowl, to one side Famille rose decoration of Peony in Famille rose colours (the flowers in gilt) in the “boneless” style of Yongzheng and to the other a buddhist emblem. Probably late 19th century, the base with an iron red seal mark, difficult to decipher. Diameter "4/ 10,5 cm, height "2/ 5 cm. Condition: a 1 mm glaze flake to the rim, otherwise fine.

A saucer bowl, meticulously painted with a seascape and pavilions, the border with diaper, cod roe and peony motifs. The rim brown-glazed, Qianlong, late 18th century. Diameter "6/ 15,5 cm. Condition: fine.

Saucer bowl with under-glaze blue decoration of a bird on a flowering twig, silky chocolate-coloured glaze to the outside. Yongzheng or early Qianlong period, first part of the 18th century. Diameter "5¼/ 13 cm. Condition: glaze bubble and a hairline (cf. pics).

Liao Flask shaped like a leather prototype with a vertical spout and a loop handle on the other side, both rising from a tall ovoid body covered in a rich glossy amber glaze, stopping above the foot to reveal the buff stoneware. Chinese Famille Jaune Porcelain Ginger jar,7" high, 7 1/2" wide-widest middle section, 2 3/4" diameter-top rim, 5 5/8" diameter-bottom, Ca. 1920, with overglaze famille Jaune design with Chinese Happiness characters with Bats on top and bottom inside four(4) Cartouches and Peony flowers decorated outside. There are some glaze crazing and scratches on the surface.

Chinese Famille Jaune Porcelain shape Jar, 8" high, 8 1/4" wide-widest middle section, 3 1/2" diameter-top rim, 6 1/2" diameter-bottom, Ca. 1920, with overglaze decoration of Chinese Happiness Characters with two(2) bats inside four(4) round Cartouches surrounded by sprays of pink Peony flowers. Chinese Export wax seal is placed on the bottom, some glaze crazing inside the jar, and minor wears caused by many years of usage in the kitchen.

Pair of beautiful small porcelain plates decorated with scrolling vines and blue flowers. Details in blue, light green, red and gold. 6 character marks on the bottom state that the dishes are from the reign of Guangxu (1875-1908). Qing Dynasty mark and period. Size of each: 5 3/8" wide diameter.
