A large, lobed charger of Longquan Celadon ware in heavy stoneware in the characteristic light, green glaze. Impressed ‘rays’ in the outside and inside walls. A flower pattern in the bottom of the mirror. Ming, ca. 1500. H 6.5 cm, D. 34 cm. Condition: Quite good all-over. Some wear to surface due to use and two filed chips to bottom of foot rim. No repairs or cracks.

Strand of Yuan to Ming Dynasty glass trade beads excavated from the Tak Hilltop burial site along the Thai Burmese border.
