Hard porcelain vase. Cracked cream glaze. Enameled decoration representing a couple of Hô-Hô perched on a tree. Chinese work around 1900, but perhaps Japanese, imitating the Chinese famille rose. Amusing technical detail, if the whole vase is painted freehand, only the upper frieze representing the stylized clouds was executed with a stamp as for the Hixing, in order to obtain regularity, this is visible in a place where 2 clouds overlap. Good condition. Height 33cm

Hard porcelain dishes from the Jindezhen kilns made for export. The unusual decoration is in the style of the early 18th century, we think they are from the French Regency period, which would be confirmed by the very beautiful cobalt blue from the Kangxi period (+1722). One of the two dishes is slightly different from the other, less bright blue, less precise drawings and absence on the back of the two "brushstrokes"...

Chinese miniature porcelain tea caddy with gold decoration. All the gold painting is intact and shows no wear which is pretty amazing. Dates mid to late 1700's, it is a fantastic little piece for the collector. In excellent condition, that is as originally made, the only imperfections are little pin pricks in the firing which is normal. This had a cork stopper which is inside the caddy. Measures 3" high x 2" wide x 1/2". Dates 2nd half 1700's.
