Sold, Thank You Very Much A definitely rare example of Ming dynasty b/w dish with design of four fishes among lotus pond and water weeds in peacock green glaze. Six character mark 'Da Ming Xuan De Nien Zhe' but probably later product of Chenghua period if compare with a similar piece with Chenghua mark in Shanghai Museum visible on enlargement 10. Condition is broken into four pieces with two small missing part, and firing imperfection to the glaze. Diameter: 21.5cm
Decorated with flying horses. H. 7 cm, D. 14,5 cm. No damage or repair, only firing flaws, normal for the period.

This item was made in China in the early 20th Century , possibly for the Malaysian market, during the Republic period (1912-1949). Condition - very good - there is wear to the gilding but no chips, cracks or restoration...

Enduring old crackles were yielded naturally in the glaze when retrospective sheen was reflected on the surface. It was used to be coated on the mouth rim with silver band. The silver band had long gone and only left with the residues around. The bowl was kept in perfect condition without any restorations...

SOLD Pair of Qilin, a Chinese mythical beast sometimes associated with giraffes or Camelopard. Polychrome glaze on clay, with fine detailing. Bottom of the pair contains a seal reading: Qianlong Nianzhi which would be from the mid to late 18th century. However in reality the piece was made during the 19th century. Size: Length: 4" Width: 2.5" Height:10.25".

This lovely Chinese bowl is in exceptional shape with minimal wear, no hairlines, chips, and free from restoration. Dated to the late 19th century, it measures 4.5 inches across by 2.25" high.

This item is decorated in late Kangxi style (circa 1700-1720) but it was made later, during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - there is a hairline crack to the cover (please view enlargement 9); the jar itself is in excellent condition with no damages and no restoration...

It was preserved in very good condition with limited glaze frets happened during manufacturing or under incursions. Underglaze blue 'Da Qing Qian Long Nien Zhe' mark on base, but possibly later to 19th century Guangzhu period. Condition is near perfect, only found one firing crack line to the lower part body, otherwise is perfect. Height: 32.5cm.

The ginger jar is in excellent condition without chips, hairlines, with very little rubbing of the details, hardly noticeable at all. It comes with a well formed lid that is beautifully designed. 7 inches high without lid (8.5" with lid) x 7" diameter.
