SOLD TO BELGIUM A wonderful example of funerary gifts, these pottery horses with glazed and cold painted decoration. The heads are detachable. Both horses are in excellent condition without traces of repair. Hight 30 cm. China, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644).

SOLD TO GERMANY The standing figure with intricately decorated robe, with remains of gilding and red pigments. In her hand she is holding a pagoda.

SOLD TO GERMANY Probably depicting an ancestor or a Taoist deity seated on a horseshoe back chair. H. 28 cm. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Very good condition with nice wear and patina. There is a repair to the left front leg of the chair. This repair was done in iron and seems to be a repair from the period of manufacture. Old collection number on the back. Provenance: Dutch private collection.

This figure shows prolonged Puja (worship to the object) and a naturally formed patina. Very good condition, large size: H. 6.5" (11 cm.) Provenance: European Private Collection.
