This pottery figure was made during the Tang Dynasty (AD 618 - 906). It represents a male figure wearing a hooded cloak. It is "heavily-potted" and has been "cold painted" in various coloured pigments, traces of which still remain. Height 19.5 cm. $50.00 Add a touch of class to any sleeve with this pair of vintage gold plated damascene toggle back cuff links. Damascene was an process of inlaying metal objects with 22K gold or silver decoration. These dome shaped cuff links were made in Japan, circa 1950 featuring a mythical Imperial phoenix bird surrounded by flora and fauna, unmarked, swivel toggle back. Size: 7/8" diameter. Very good vintage condition with wear to the dome.
