Beautiful antique Korean pottery vase with gray glaze, dark-blue etched markings, and crackle on the neck and body, beautifully shaped. Period: 19th century. Size: 9" height and 6.5" diameter.

A Korean blue and white porcelain water dropper. Cube form with bracket feet on the four corners, a spout along the top edge on one side, and a whole (for displacement) near center top. Painterly floral decoration within line border on the sides. Geometric flower head decoration on the top. Stable cracks, a couple surface chips, and loss to the spout. All dimensions about 2 1/4 inches (5.715 cm) except for the height which is about 2 1/8 inches (5.39 cm). Joseon dynasty.

Amusingly molded as a recumbent figure of a mythical lion-dog, the surface details incised and realistically molded, decorated in a washy underglaze blue beneath a white glaze, the base unglazed. It’s in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, it measures in inches:3” L. x 2 3/8” w. x 1 3/8” h. (7.5cm x 6cm x 3.5cm).

A Very Fine Korean Blue Glazed Butterfly Formed Water Dropper-19th C.: Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century A well potted butterfly-shaped water dropper, carved and details with realistic butterfly wings and body, it is underglaze with bright cobalt blue to the surfaces, and the bottom unglazed. It is in excellent condition without any damages, it measures: 7.3 cm x 2.5 cm.

During the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1897), ceramics were considered to represent the highest quality of achievement from royal, city, and provincial kilns, the last of which were export-driven wares. Joseon enjoyed a long period of growth and production, which is still preserved today.

Wares evolved along Chinese lines in terms of color, shape, and technique. Celadon, white porcelain, and storage pottery were similar, but with certain variation in glazes, incision designs, and weight...

Korean antique ceramic bowl, eggshell thin body with tall sides, slightly tapered to the short foot. With celadon green enamel glaze. The exterior sides are incised with stylized floral motifs while the interior is incised with a ring just below the rim and wave patterns.

A 19th Century Korean kitchen jar for the storage of honey or syrup. The jar has a thick brown glaze, that thins at the edges of the cut facets, showing the lighter porcelain body of the jar. The Jar is heavily potted and measures about 4 1/2" high x 5" in diameter. The condition is very good with small chips on the inner rim and firing cracks at the bottom. There is no lid. The asking price includes shipping within the USA.

It’s in very fine condition without any repairs or cracks...

A Large Fine/Rare Korean Copper-Red Decorated Wine Bottle-19th C.: Korea,Joseon dynasty, 19th century. Of compressed globular form with attenuated cylindrical neck painted with grapevine and grapes on one side and on the other in copper red, grayish white glaze applied over the surfaces including base, firing grits adhered on foot rim. It’s in fine condition but one horizontal hairline crack on lower body. Measurement: 30.3cm x 19.2cm d.

A Korean vase 19th century. The pear shape vase with a long neck and fluted rim has a cream color glossy transparent glaze. A small gold leaf repair to the lip done in the Kintsugi style.
