Wonderful Large sized porcelain antique Chinese planter with hole at bottom, vibrantly illustrated fu dog characters in a playful sky setting among clouds, grasping ball and ribbons. Pedestal is dark hardwood with round claw foot legs. The piece is consigned from a prominent Thailand Collection which states that the jar is Kangxi period and the stand dates from the 19th century. Antique Chinese bronze censor, with a hardwood lid with reticulated carvings of spirals in a plantlike form, topped with a nephrite jade finial of vibrant green, dark forest green, and white. The sides of the censor have spiral carvings with green, red, yellow, blue, white, and gold cloisonne serpents. Chinese Northern Wei Dynasty Pottery Horse with Female Rider

This attractive model of a horse and rider was made during the Northern Wei Dynasty (AD 386 - 534). It is made from a grey pottery that has been cold painted in a creamy-white pigment on top of which have been applied other coloured pigments. Note the detail of the female rider's facial features and hairstyle.

A Mandarin square dating from the 19th century. Male back badge (buzi) with an appliqued wild goose bird denoting the 4th civil rank.

Silver and gold thread couching and embroidery in blue on dark silk ground, the sun disk is made of small coral beads. Backed with blue silk. Condition: faded, wear, splits, thin areas, lining with stains.

A small Chinese silver box with a hinged lid displaying a bird amongst flowers. This lovely box features open cut work in broken ice pattern on all sides. In very good condition, it measures 1.75 inches wide, 1.75" deep, and 1" high. Circa 1900.

Decorated in underglaze blue and underglaze red, depicting scenes of immortals and children in a garden. H. 28 cm. Republic period (1912-1949). Very good condition, no cracks or repairs, only some firing flaws on the mouth rim.

Description:
A black-glazed tea bowl was in a unique form.
Apparently caused by firing effects, the surface of the glaze was transformed to a mysterious image that was charming and different.
It was not sure if it was intentionally finished by an ingenious potter or just an accidental surprise.
But it was indeed a unique and sought-after piece for real connoisseur.

Pair of large Chinese late Qing dynasty globular form jars with domed covers moulded in relief with cranes resting in a lotus pond among large flowering plants and leafy stems executed in susancai colors of green, yellow, and aubergine with black and white highlights. The domed covers are decorated with lotus flowers. The bases bear Wang Bing Rong seal marks in relief. 19th century. Measure about 9 1/2" high by about 8 1/2" diameter...

19th Century Chinese Hardwood grain measuring Bucket with Brass trim and incised "Kuang Hsu" Emperor's mark on the side, made for celebration event, late 1800's, 5 5/8" high, 9" square-top, 9 1/4" square-bottom, top has brass mounted handle in the center as well as bottom corners. It is heavy weight made out of Rosewood, has two(2) cracks on the bottom.
