$3,500.00 A small Chinese eggshell thin ceramic bowl with celadon green underglaze. The center of the bowl is incised with floral motifs and scrolls, and the outer edges are scored with ridged lines. The body tapers to a small, slightly recessed foot with the edges exposed without glaze.
Longquan celadon 15th century.

SOLD Chinese blue and white cylindrical porcelain incense vessel with a hardwood lid, carved with openwork lingzhi mushroom motifs and tripod feet. The vessel body depicts a scene of a scholar and attendant standing against a large rock formation. The sun in the sky above and the moon on the reverse side. Two fu dog heads form the pierced handles on the vessel.

The foliate edges of the dish are made to look like the petals of a flower, and the interior and exterior body are incised and slightly lobed for each petal. $2,750.00 Chinese porcelain dish with Qingbai light blue-green crackle glaze and very thin form. The well of the dish with incised motif of three swimming fish on wave ground, and low relief geometric scrolls and arrows along the inner edges, the rim left bare from glaze. The outer body slightly lobed and the foot is shallowly recessed and very wide and flat.

Sold to China Necklace made of 13 carnelian and 14 enamelled silver beads, each ca. 2 cm. long. There are 52 small silver beads between the large ones. At the bottom two dragons chasing the flaming pearl. Hanging on 2 lingzi hooks there is a silver pendant in the shape of a boy riding a qilin, a fertility symbol. At the bottom of the pendant 2 turquoise beads and 2 carnelian flowers. The pendant without the beads measures 8 x 7 cm. The complete necklace is ca. 31 cm. high, the strand is ca. 52 cm long...

SOLD Chinese antique snuff bottle, carved entirely from turquoise in the form of a small adorable toad. The lower body of the toad appears more green and transitions to the classic turquoise blue in the upper body and face. the stone is mottled with natural dark brown oxide veining. The small toad is carved with a smiling, open mouth with a carved turquoise stopper.

The front is carved in relief with a cat staring intently upwards at a nearby flying insect, surrounded by flora. The reverse is carved in relief with a bird perched on a flowering tree branch. $600.00 The carved overlay glass snuff bottle is an early 20th century product. The red over clear glass snuff bottle is 2 ¾” high, 1 5/8” wide and 3/4” thick. Both sides have the same design which depicts a blossom tree. It has a light carnelian cap which is a later replacement. It is in great condition.

SOLD Chinese pair of monochrome porcelain vases with a speckled raspberry glaze. They are of an elegant, elongated tapering form, the bases of each vase marked with Hongxian red seal. In the year 1916, Yuan Shikai attempted to reinstate monarchy by naming himself the Emperor of China after the Qing Dynasty was overthrown in 1911. Due to extreme backlash, his reign lasted for less than 100 days, ending on March 1916.
