Small Chinese jade water coup carved in the form of a lotus leaf with a flower set on the bottom forming a base. Lotuses have been a preferred motif within the literati tradition and desk accessories with motifs of lotuses are often seen. Perfect Condition Age: Qing Dynasty 18th/19th century Size: height 1" diameter 1 3/4"

Beautiful Chinese cloisonné tripod censor decorated in beautiful colors with motifs of lotus, scrolling vines, chrysanthemums, and archaic chinese elements. With a gilt bronze fu dog on the top cover and three elephants as the censor legs. Slightly worn gold gilt over bronze is constant with age. Age: 18th/19th century. Size: Height 7.75" Diameter 5.25"

Two Chinese blue and white reticulated "linglong" tea bowls, from the Hatcher shipwreck, dating from circa 1643. Each painted with five roundels enclosing different landscapes in underglaze blue, flanked by pierced cash motif walls. Standing on a short footrim, the base is unglazed and with a red "Hatcher Collection" label. Condition: fine, one bowl with a minimal tiny rim chip. Dimension: diameter: 9.1 cm, 4.9 cm and 5.1 cm high.

Decorated on both sides with saints or immortals in enamel colors. H.7 cm. Condition: a 5 mm almost invisible (glaze) crack right above the handle of the censer that one of the saints is resting on. Expected age wear.

Description:
A Jianyang tea bowl was unusually-found in mustard-green glaze.
It was in evert form.
Greasy feel condition was yielded on the surface when dark-tinted body clay was revealed at the bottom.
The bowl was preserved in perfect condition.
It was very rare to find a Jianyang tea bowl in green glaze which was caused most likely by transformation of firing temperature.

Date: Southern Song Dynasty,1127-1279.

Up for sale is a red silk Chinese dragon robe, most likely a bride's wedding dress; embroidered with 5-claw dragons chasing flaming pearl, clouds, sea waves, foo dogs, phoenixes, butterflies,bats,and other Toaist auspicious objects executed in forbidden stitch, long & wide sleeves; backed with light green silk lining; excellent condition, bright red silk ground.

Up for sale is an antique Chinese Qing dynasty Manchu woman's informal domestic robe in the style of Empress Dowager Cixi's ( Ts'u Hsi) reign; late 19th ; intricate embroideries with plums and butterflies in a light green silk ground, vibrant colors ! Front enclosure to the right with 5 large gilted toggle-and-loop buttons, and backed with pink color lining. The robe is in excellent condition.

Beautiful Chinese amethyst carved with a lotus blossom, now mounted as a clip. Age: Early 20th century (c. 1920) Size: 1.5" length.

Beautiful antique Chinese porcelain pair of roosters with polychrome glaze. Very nice incised detail. Created in a naturalistic style. Each rooster stands on one foot with the other raised close to its body atop a brown glazed tree trunk. Age: Qing Dynasty (18th century - 19th century) Size: 15.5" height x 9.5" length.

Beautiful pair of Cantonese export paintings. Painted with mineral pigments on silk. Popular during the 19th century. Portrayed are typical scenes of daily life of a court maiden and court archer. She is coyly holding her scarf and sharing an amusing thought. He is a court archer with a special rank which is shown by his clothing. Paintings are displayed in wooden frames. Beautiful antique Chinese aquamarine colored snuff bottle. An official carrying a basket in their back. Beautiful work reticulated sides with birds and flowers. On reverse, birds on flowering branches. Lid has carved flowers. Well carved out interior. Possibly Peking glass. Age: Late 19th Century/ 20th century. Size: 3.5" Height.

Chinese hand scroll portraying a hunting scene attributed to, Jin Tingbiao (~1767). Four hunters with four horses are gathered in this scene either preparing a hunting party or finishing one. Views of hunting, known as shoulie wenwutu were first seen from the Yuan dynasty and succeeding dynasties continued to paint various renditions. Comes in a beautifully carved box.
