The brush strokes and colors used give a sense of serenity. It is signed and stamped in the corner. 20th century

SOLD Beautiful scroll painting by artist Yuan Feng Zhau of a robed man playing the flute, riding upon the back of an ox. The suggested movement of the ox seems as if it is dancing along with the music. Extreme attention to detail is shown, especially in the very fine brush strokes used for the man's hair. Signed and stamped in the corner. 20th century

$475.00 A lovely Chinese porcelain Kangshi Period polychrome dish. The edges are "flueted" in 4 places and the interior base features a garden scene with flowers, rocks, and a fence. In excellent condition, no chips, no cracks, no hairlines. Measures 5.25 inches diameter by 1.25" high. Dates circa 1790
The shape of the jar is very typical for the Siwa Culture with the curved mouth and the handles. Apart from some minor chips it is in good condition.
H. 22 cm. This jar is from a collection of 30 Neolithic pieces that I bought from a Dutch collector.

**Sold** to UK 2017 A bronze Lion with its original dark patination made in China, possibly as a censer, during the Ming dynasty (1368-1644, most likely during the 16th or early 17th Century.
Condition: there are some very old losses to the applied decoration - a part of the "beard" is missing,the right ear has been re-attached and the base has an old wood block infill; there has been no restoration.
14.5cm (5.7 inches)high; 14cm (5 inches) across.

$475.00 Chinese white glazed Blanc de Chin Double Gourd Vase with incised 4 Ruyi with 3 flower petals inside each Ruyi design, 19th century, 5 1/2" high, 2 1/8" diameter-bottom rim, 1/2" diameter-top rim, 4" wide-widest middle section of the vase, unglazed bottom and sand got stuck around bottom rim during firing and also large sand firing mark on the side of the vase about 1/2" long, all the dots and dark area is kiln imperfect markings. Top has some tiny frits.

Lavishly inlaid with engraved mother of pearl. Dimensions: 30,5 x 18 x 11 cm.
Exceptional good condition with almost all the inlay still intact, only some minor pieces missing. The wood has some age cracks and one of the long sides is a bit crooked. The brass corner pieces are all original.
