Elegant silver cigarette case, the lid decorated with bamboo. Inside marked "Tackhing", "90% silver" and a Chinese character mark. This silversmith was active between the late 19th century and early 20th century in Hong Kong. With original blue silk lined paper box, the lid with glass. Chinese Export Rose Medallion Porcelain Pepper or Salt Shaker, 2 5/8" diameter, 1 1/8" high, made late 1880's, "Long Life" Chinese Character written in three(3) areas inside the circle, enclosed by typical Rose Medallion pattern with overglaze Famille Rose colors of the roses and butterflies in gold highlight. Marked "China" in red on the bottom and large hole for cork stopper.

A splendid Chinese export silver circular egg cruet fitted with four egg cups and four spoons each decorated with bamboo. The cruet standing on 3 ball feet, the cups and spoons with gilt bowls. The cruet and cups with maker's mark "TC" standing for Tuck Chang who was active between the late 19th century and early 20th century in Shanghai. Condition: few traces of usage, few wear to gilding. Dimension: total height: 19 cm, cups: 7.4 cm high, spoons: 10 cm long, total weight: 386 g.

Chinese famille verte porcelain stick neck vase, with a lady reading a book in the court yard followed by an attendant, the base with apocryphal Yongzheng mark. Size; Height of vase is 9 inches, no condition concerns.

An antique silver seal chop made in China for the export. The handle decorated with a coiling dragon, the seal matrix with a "W" in intaglio. Silver tested, unmarked. Condition: fine, some traces of usage. Dimension: 6.7 cm high, weight: 32 g.

A fantastic Chinese silver caddy of hexagonal shape, applied with a profusion of enameled birds perched on foliage and flowers, all against a filigree ground . Studs of turquoise and coral further enhance the opulence of this extravaganza. Stamped SILVER on the base. Age: first quarter of 20 C. size: 6 9/10 inches (17.5 cm ) high. condition: Excellent, it appears untouched, unpolished and unused for a long time, thus remaining in pristine and undamaged state.

Antique hand carved wood Chinese picture frame with a hand tinted photo of the Double Ring Longevity Pavilion. Also known as Shuanghuan Pavilion, the pavilion was moved in 1977 to the Temple of Heaven, Beijing. This is a photo of the pavilion in its original location near The Forbidden City. Antique photo and frame are in excellent condition. Frame measures 9" x 13 inches.

Lidded box, a soap box of quatrefoil ogee shape. Decoration of a garden family scene and a Qilin procession in the soft Famille rose colours of the Tongzhi period but later, probably c 1920. Stamped Tongzhi mark to the base, and a Beijing shop sticker. Length " 4½/ 11 cm, height without the handle "2/ 5,5 cm. Condition: slight wear (cf. pics).

A quite large mother of pearl shell carving, the pierced decoration is showing the deity Magu among birds and flowers. Condition: the rim with a short crack, without stand. Dimension: c. 20.5 cm long x 17.6 cm high.
