A large and heavy Chinese cloisonne bowl with gilt rims and wire, enameled at least with nine different colors. Decorated with flower medallions and clouds, the interior with bats around a "shou" character. The outer rim with a ruyi head border. Base with maybe later turquoise contre-email and a Chinese character. Please compare with a similar bowl in the Royal Museum of Edinburgh. Dimension: diameter: 20.7 cm, 9.1 cm high. Lot of 7 medallions in gilded copper, cut, cloisonné and enamelled with Chinese characters and lotus flowers on a background cutted of Swastika. It seems that the pattern is related to wishes for great longevity. Very rare if not unique set...

DESCRIPTION: A colorful pair of Chinese cloisonne deer, both standing foursquare with heads turned, their bodies decorated with a profusion of designs including dragons and taotie masks, all on a turquoise blue ground. These are a nice larger size, perfect for a table centerpiece. Republic Period (1911 - 1949); very good condition. DIMENSIONS: Each 15.5" long (39.3 cm) x 15" high (38 cm).

An unusual Tibeto-Chinese cloisonne gau box having a domed and hinged cover with a multi-colored scroll pattern surrounding a central cartouche. Chinese clock made of brass with cloisonne, six cloisonne columns, on the front behind glass is the clock face and a small oval shaped painting of a country scene with a lake and mountains with trees in the foreground, on either side of the clock are painted grecian style figures, a small oval plaque on the back is stamped with "Made in People's Republic of China", size 12" high. Size: 11 1/2" high x 8 3/4" wide x 4 1/2" deep.

Early 20th century Chinese cloisonne vase with a compressed ovoid shaped body and a lotus bulb mouth. A stunning mounted two-tone bronze dragon wraps around vase. The vase features a scrolling lotus design on a rust colored ground. Hole remains in base where it was mounted as a lamp. In excellent condition, the vase measures 11 inches high. On base 12" high. Dates circa 1930.
