A small enamelled copper box, the cover depicting a grasshopper or cricket amongst grasses and flowers. The base carries a "CHINA" stamp which dates it to post 1890. Very rare and beautiful antique chinese clock with fantastic cloisonne from the 19th century. The clock is set within a domed cloisonne stand and hangs within. Floral interlacing pattern with dragons in frames. The top of the stand has interlacing dragons. The clock comes with a key so that it can be wound. The clock has a soldier with a weapon for the minute hand and a dragon for the hour hand...

Museum quality piece. The front decorated with two dragons and the flaming pearl, the back decorated with bats, the standing rim decorated with colorful flower bands, both on the inside and outside. Beautiful pair of Chinese blue cloisonne mystical animals, possible Qilins, from the 19th century. The animals are beautifully rendered in bronze with whimsical cloisonne details. It is 5.6 inches (14.3 cm) tall by 2.7 inches (7 cm) wide. It is 0.4 lb.

It has bruises at the side and near the base, missing enamels, and manufacture defects of firing holes (as seen in the photos).

Dark blue ground with decorations in gold and green, seberal colorful scenes with Chinese figures playing Go, making music, riding horse etc. The back of the bowl with dark blue scrolls on a lavender ground. Diameter 41,5 cm. H. 11,5 cm. Condition: very good, apart from some age cracks, wear and a chip on the back of the bowl, some pieces of enamel missing, due to the firing process. Overall in a very good condition.

The lid decorated with a scene of go players in a garden. The rest of the box with Buddhist symbols on a dark blue ground. Dimensions: 19x8,5x4,5 cm. Condition: expected age wear, cracks and some old chips to the enamel. Overall in good condition.
