$2000.00 The bronze plaque was in a scene of an ox fighting with a tiger and a snake.
The depiction was well done by excellent craftsmanship. It was hollow casted. Nice patina was preserved on the surface. One side was squeezed. Date: 2 B.C , Western Han periods. Dimensions 13 cm x 8.5cm x 4.0cm. Similar piece was found in the Yunnan Province Museum. Bronze Stand is not included.

$800.00 Description: A boxwood carving of Lohan was from late Qing period, 19th Century. Called Chang Mei Lo Han, Lohan with Long Eyebrows, the figure was with likely features of a westerner. By the unique outlook which the Chinese usually depicted to the divines, the Lohan takes the casual posture of leaning to one side when holding in hand with a scroll. By contemplating facial expression, the sage wears only one shoe on the foot when letting loose of another to the stool side...

A boxwood root was intriguingly carved and hollowed into a charming brush pot. Being penetrated as wall of holes for light going through, the scholar item was most favoured by literati for the natural mood. It was reserved in very good condition by enduring old patina. The under cover was an old restoration. Date: Qing Dynasty, 18th/19th Century, Height: 16.5cm.

A black-glazed water pot was in strong Zen spirit. By an elegant elm bowl’s shape, the pot was applied on the surface with black slip when bluish white splashes were decorated intriguingly on top across the mouth rim. Unglazed at the bottom, the foot ring was flat and was revealed with the body clay which was in dark brown tint. Date: Tang Dynasty(AD618-907), Width: 21.5cm. A CUSTOM-MADE SILK BOX IS INCLUDED.
