Two very rare foo dogs that served as joss stick holders, done in the famille jaune palette. These date to the pre-1891. They are in very good antique condition, save some minimal lost of enamel glaze and a short hairline on the backside of the holder of one of the foo dogs which is clearly pictured, this can be easily restored...

Pair of 1930's Chinese Gilt Sterling Silver 12 Zodiac Bracelet Marked "Full Silver" 足紋

Each is 6.7 inches (17 cm) in inner circumference by 2.3 inches (5.9 cm) in inner diameter and 0.6 inch (1.47 cm) wide. Total weight is 74.9 gram.

They are tarnished and have rubbing of gold and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

A pair of nicely formed hollow glazed pottery birds. Both have round plump figures and lots of character. The darker bird has two glazes - a brown splash of glaze that runs over a straw glaze. The lighter bird has a celadon colored glaze. The glaze on both birds have a very fine crackle.

Period: Tang (7th-10th Century)

Size: Both birds approximately 4.7 cm high.

Pair of antique Chinese hardwood oxbow arm chairs, made of Jumu (elm) wood. The backrest of each chair has been carved with a coiled dragon, facing opposite to the other. The front apron of each seat is carved with a nice sloping outer edge. The legs are connected on all sides by a stretcher.

A beautiful pair of high heeled shoes for a Manchu lady. The heel is made of white painted wood, the sole is worked in fabric. The uppers are made of silk with appliqued tendrils in black. Condition: traces of usage. Dimension: 22.5 cm long, heel height: 7.5 cm, weight: 450 g.
