Chinese Gold & Silver Threads Heavy Embroidered Silk Wedding Dress with Dragon & Phoenix, circa 1960

The shirt is 16 inches (40.6 cm) from shoulder to shoulder, 19.6 inches (50 cm) from shoulder to sleeve, 19 inches (48.2 cm) armpit to armpit, and 28 inches (71.1 cm) collar to bottom. The skirt is 36.2 inches (92 cm) long by 13.85 inches (35.2 cm) wide at the top. The total weight is 3.3 Lb.

1930's Chinese Green Crackle Glaze Monochrome Porcelain Bowl with Wood Stand

It is 5.3 inches (13.5 cm) by 10 inches (25.5 cm) wide with stand and 3.3 inches (8.5 cm) tall by 10 inches (25.5 cm) wide. Total weight is 3.6 Lb.

It has dark spots, skip glazes, glaze crazing, glaze cracks, and surface wears and scratches. The wood stand has chips and surface scratches (as seen in the photos).

A pottery jar glazed with a green lead glaze. Half of it is still green while the other half has oxidized to a silvery iridescent color. The variance in color is due to how the piece was buried and the effect of moisture getting under the surface of the glaze and "lifting" it to give it the pearl-like sheen. We've nicknamed this the Yin-Yang jar because of its unusual natural patterning. What makes this unique is its beautiful silvery- gold iridescence...

Museum quality ancient Han dynasty, 206 BC – 220 AD, lead green deep dish from Luoyang, Henan Province. Excellent patina with the original silvering left intact on the rim of the dish. The 3rd photo shows a spur mark left by one of the clay firing stilts used to prop the dish to prevent it from sticking to the kiln floor. We have not seen another advertised for sale anywhere, other than the common cold painted types...
