Wonderful Chinese tomb pottery figure of a camel, molded gray clay with multi colored Sanghai glaze, wonderful lines and stance, Tang Dynasty (AD 618 - 907). Has Oxford TLT Test papers. Size: 14 3/4" high x 12" wide x 4" deep.

Description: A magnificent stone head of Louhan( or Lokapala ) was from 13th century. Unearthed from a relics of a temple near Shichuan, this head piece was preserved very well with original red mineral pigment and gold leaf.
